About Anila
From engineering roots to enterprise transformation
I am a digital transformation and Agile delivery leader with 12+ years across healthcare, textiles, aviation, fintech, and public sector programs. I focus on AI-enabled automation, clear governance, and teams that can execute with confidence—from Scrum at team level to Scrum of Scrums and complex program delivery.
Today I lead Value-Based Care (VBC) digital transformation at Persivia (U.S. healthcare), aligning legacy transitions with new platforms, metrics maturity, and stakeholder transparency. I also serve as Traceability Program Lead at Interloop, driving EU Digital Product Passport readiness, supplier onboarding, and sustainability visibility across the supply chain.
As founder of SkillUp World, I help organizations modernize delivery and adopt emerging technologies responsibly, while growing future-ready talent through training and mentorship—bridging industry and academia, a mission shaped by my own path from software engineering to enterprise leadership.
I hold PMP®, CSM®, CSPO®, and related credentials, publish and speak on technical and delivery topics, and work in English, Urdu, and Punjabi. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, I collaborate with global clients on programs where outcomes matter for people, compliance, and long-term growth.
