I am a digital transformation and Agile delivery leader with 13+ years across healthcare, textiles, aviation, fintech, and public sector programs. I focus on AI-enabled automation, clear governance, and teams that can execute with confidence — from Scrum at team level to Scrum of Scrums and complex program delivery.
Today I lead Value-Based Care (VBC) digital transformation at Persivia (U.S. healthcare), aligning legacy transitions with new platforms, metrics maturity, and stakeholder transparency. I also serve as Traceability Program Lead at Interloop, driving EU Digital Product Passport readiness, supplier onboarding, and sustainability visibility across the supply chain.
